Guided Gratitude Meditation

In this session, Joe Hawley guides participants through a quick meditation and journaling exercise. The purpose of this practice is to learn how to connect with the simple things in your life that you're grateful for.

Joe Hawley played Offensive Line in the NFL for 8 seasons with both the Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After retiring in 2017, he gave away all of his possessions, traveling the country for close to two years in his van, sharing the journey on his blog "Man Van Dog Blog," inspiring thousands along the way. He is an entrepreneur, investor, author and coach. He’s the Founder of The Härt Collective, an online community and group coaching program for former male professional athletes providing connection, tools, and education to help athletes during their transition out of sports.
